1) General
The term ‘coaching’ and ‘mentoring’ as here used covers personal support in terms of life coaching, personal coaching, intimacy coaching and participation in workshops, courses and events.
Coaching, mentoring, bodywork or workshops are not psychological counselling or any type of therapy, and should not be construed as such.
In return for the fees payable by the client (or by a third party on their behalf), Sacred Healing Arts (“the coach”) agrees to provide the service as described and in accordance with the terms and conditions set out below. The client agrees to pay fees for the service on the terms and conditions set out below (in situations where a third party pays the fees, the third party counts as an agent acting on behalf of the client).
The date that the first coaching session takes place shall be deemed to be the start date for the service. Participation by any individual in the first coaching session constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2) Responsibility & Commitment
Sacred Healing Arts supports the client to achieve the desired outcomes for the client by providing material, being available for questions and motivating the client. However, the client has sole responsibility for any decisions they may make following the coaching, for taking action and for his/her own wellbeing & development. We accept no liability for the client’s actions, nor for any loss incurred by any client, following commencement of coaching sessions, or for any perceived failure by the client, whether justified or otherwise, to achieve improvement in the quality of life or to achieve their desired outcomes or goals.
If the client needs something or has questions or doubts, he/she communicates about it openly.
The client is aware that some journeys and experiences can be very challenging. The client is self completely responsible for the degree of healing or for the progression on his/her journey. The client will also take full responsibility for his/her own emotions and projections. However, client and coach join for a holistic healing process of the client, and we will do as much as possible within our power to guide the client maximally, to motivate and support him/her with all time, knowledge and experience available at that time.
For sessions including physical contact, the coach takes responsibility for her physical hygiene. We ask the client to do the same. Personal hygiene includes being showered shortly in advance, wearing clean clothes, having no contagious diseases, not using any intense perfumes, etc. We behold the right to refuse clients who have insufficient physical hygiene. She will provide the client with feedback in this case.
In case sessions include partial or complete nudity, we can request additional personal hygiene measures.

Feedback about our services is welcomed and can be given during a coaching session, workshop or by writing to us at the following email address: info@sacredhealingarts.be.
Sacred Healing Arts is continually striving to ensure that the quality of services provided to our clients remains outstanding. At the end of the coaching process, or a series of coaching sessions, the client can be asked to complete a feedback form.
5) Coaching Procedure
The coach will recommend a program based on a professional assessment of the client’s requirements. Upon mutual (oral) agreement for a program, a contract will be signed by both coach and client before the first session, disclosing price, payment plan and program specifics.
The coaching schedule will be arranged between the coach and the client during the intake period. The number of coaching sessions and the length will be specified in the contract.
Coaching will take place between the client and their coach face-to-face (venue by mutual agreement), via Zoom (coach provides link), or by telephone (client calls coach). Face-to-face coaching will take place at a mutually agreed venue. Where coaching takes place at a mutually agreed venue other than the usual venue of the coach, the client will be liable for any costs incurred by the coach at that time. Unless otherwise agreed, the client is responsible for telephoning the coach at agreed times.
The coach may assign the client tasks or exercises to complete between coaching sessions. There is no obligation on the client to complete these tasks, but not doing so may slow the client’s progress in gaining improved quality of life or achieving desired outcomes. Where possible, clients are requested to submit any information requested by the coach relating to assignments at the agreed upon times.
For some programs, the client may contact the coach by email / Telegram / Whatsapp between sessions to share challenges, successes or seek clarification on a coaching issue. Support between sessions is seen as a necessary part of the coaching process in that program. There will be no additional charges imposed for this.
6) Cancellation & Rearranging Sessions
If the client needs to rearrange a coaching session, he/she should provide at least 48 hours’ notice. If a session is cancelled by the client less than 48h before without any legitimate medical attest, the session will be charged 100% to compensate for the time lost.
In exceptional circumstances Veronique may need to reschedule a coaching session. In these circumstances, she will use reasonable endeavours to provide a mutually satisfactory alternative appointment to the client.
Where a client pays for a session, or sessions, in advance they must have the coaching session(s) that they have paid for within 6 months of the payment, or their fee is forfeited.
The client may terminate their coaching journey at any time in writing (info@sacredhealingarts.be). However, there will be no refunded of any advance payments made for coaching sessions not yet provided.
In exceptional circumstances, such as illness, inappropriate behavior by the client, actual or potential conflict of interest, or other reasons, the coach can decide to terminate the service to the client early or refuse or be unable to provide further coaching sessions to the client. In such a circumstance the client will be given reasonable notice of termination by Veronique where practicable and will be refunded any advance payments made for coaching sessions not yet provided.
When a client disrespects boundaries or otherwise behaves inappropriately, The coach has the right to stop the coaching session immediately without refunding the coaching fee. the coach beholds the right to refuse a client or refuse certain types of sessions with a client. There may be occasions when Veronique may recommend to the client that they seek an alternative service more suited to their current needs. In this event, Veronique will fully discuss the reasons for the recommendation with the client. It is the client’s sole responsibility to decide whether to follow the recommendation and Veronique does not accept any liability for the outcome of any decisions the client chooses to make.
7) Cancellation Policy Workshops and Events
When the client wants to cancel their ticket for a workshop or event:
Tickets for workshops and events consisting of an evening or full day can be cancelled until 7 days before the event. The ticket price will be refunded, minus €5,- admin fee. Requests for cancellation within 7 days before the event will not be accredited and tickets will not be refunded. Tickets may be sold to another person for the same price as the ticket was originally acquired (if appropriate: respecting ticket gender).
Tickets for workshops and events consisting of multiple days can be cancelled until 3 weeks (21 days) before the date of the workshop or event. The ticket price will be refunded, minus €25,- admin fee. Requests for cancellation within 21 days before the event will not be accredited and tickets will not be refunded. Tickets may be sold to another person for the same price as the ticket was originally acquired (if appropriate: respecting ticket target audience). There may be limitations to selling tickets because of the gender balance of the group.
When the workshop or event is prohibited by circumstances beyond the coach’s control, e.g. government regulations, venue bankruptcy, etc., the workshop or event is not cancelled when Veronique offers a product of at least similar value (e.g. in a different location or online). When the client decided to ask for a refund, the terms of the previous point 1 are valid.
If the coach decides to cancel the workshop or event (without an alternative offer), ticket costs will be turned into a voucher valid for 12 months after the purchasing date of the ticket for another workshop by the coach.
When a workshop is cancelled by the coach, e.g. because of sickness or personal circumstances, an alternative date for the workshop or event will be announced, and the tickets will be valid for that event. You will have the choice to join the alternative date, or to receive a voucher that is valid for 12 months after the purchasing date of the ticket.
Costs of a ticketing agency are never refunded, neither will the coach take responsibility for mistakes made by the ticketing agency. Veronique may be requested for support in contacting the ticketing agency where needed.
8) Pricing, Payment and VAT information
Pricing should be ethical and be done with integrity. In addition to the cost of creation, materials, and time, we must also consider the fair treatment of all those involved. I want to foster trust and build long-lasting relationships with our supporters and community. I strive to make my offerings accessible to as many people as possible, offering payment plans or a limited amount of places for discounts for those in need. It allows individuals to access the products they need without the burden of financial strain and in a way that aligns with their financial capabilities. All these initiatives are there to make a real change in the world and to break the patterns of injustice and inequality. If you need an individual payment plan, please get in touch with me directly.
When you schedule a session/event/workshop, the payment should be made upfront via bank transfer to 'Sacred Healing Arts' IBAN BE93 6512 1996 3367. Your spot is secured after receiving your payment.
Programs and series are paid upfront in total. If needed, the coach and the client will agree on a payment plan and the first slice will be paid before the first session.
All prices for services offered by Sacred Healing Arts, including but not limited to coaching services, workshops, and events, are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) for private individuals. This means that any fees quoted or published for these services are the total amounts to be paid by private clients, with no additional VAT charges.
For services provided to companies or organizations, the prices are exclusive of VAT. Companies or organizations will be responsible for the VAT charges, which will be added to the service fees as per applicable laws and regulations. It is the responsibility of the client organization to comply with all relevant tax obligations.
Veronique reserves the right to alter the prices of the services at any time. However, the client will be informed of any price changes in advance, and the price changes are not applicable to ongoing sessions, events or workshops.
